How long will it take for me to get my order?
We pride ourselves on getting your order to you ASAP! Standard Shipping in the United States should take 10 - 12 business days for delivery unless otherwise indicated.

Occasionally, shipping dates can fluctuate due to supply and demand. Fast priority shipping is usually available through our order process, depending on your location.

In the rare event that it takes more than 21 days to receive your order, please reach out to us via email: support@superbrandtools.com and one of our Customer Care Team members will help you.

Average delivery times based on shipping method:

Priority Shipping: Usually delivered in 5 business days or less via USPS with tracking.

Standard Shipping: Usually delivered in 12 business days or less via USPS with tracking.

Select "Priority Express Shipping" at checkout to get fastest shipping from our US warehouse.


What if my tracking says my order was delivered but I haven't received my package?
Please note at times USPS does indicate that a package was delivered one day prior to the actual delivery due to their volume. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we recommend waiting one more day before .

If after three days since your delivery confirmation and you do not receive an order that USPS states was delivered, this package may be lost or stolen, please reach out to us ASAP via support@superbrandtools.com and one of our Customer Care team members will help you.


Can I exchange an order or return one for a refund?
Yes, we want you to be SATISFIED which is why we created The SuperBrand Promise. To process an exchange or return, email us at support@superbrandtools.com and we will provide instructions. Once we receive the returned order, we will exchange or refund, the choice is YOURS!


Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Superbrand Tools will NOT accept any returns for shipments outside the continental United States. However, you are always protected by the Superbrand Promise. If your item arrives damaged or defective we will ship you a new one, free of charge! 

- Returns ARE accepted on all un-used, un-opened items shipped from the US! Simply contact us via email with your name, order number and we will provide you the return address and instructions.

- We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged. Returns must be in original packaging and in good condition

- The customer is responsible for return postage and a $4.95 restocking fee is applied.

How to Start a Product Return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@superbrandtools.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on batteries or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If your product is lost in the mail, defective or damaged we will happily issue you a full refund. Please just let us know within 30 days of your order.

At SuperBrand Tools we make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.

We CANNOT offer refunds on products already shipped. If your product has already been shipped, you must return it to be eligible for a refund. We can ONLY offer refunds on items that arrive damaged, defective, or are returned in good condition.
